I'm based in Sydney but work with clients across the world with online consultations via Zoom.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, and a Master of Dietetics & Food Service Management. My clinical journey spans 5 years working in oncology nutrition at two leading cancer centres — Tata Memorial Hospital in India and Sultan Qaboos Comprehensive Cancer Care and Research Centre in Oman — where I supported patients through cancer treatment, managing complex nutritional needs in high-acuity settings. I am currently completing my Australian accreditation requirements to practise as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) in Australia. My focus at OzNourish is preventive, evidence-based nutrition — helping people build sustainable habits before health issues arise.

100% evidence-based. I only recommend what's backed by research. No fad diets, no detoxes, no restrictive eating. Just sustainable, science-backed nutrition that fits your real life.

I am currently working toward my APD accreditation in Australia. However, I hold a Master of Dietetics and 5 years of clinical dietitian experience across India and Oman. My qualifications and experience ensure that every recommendation I provide is evidence-based, safe, and tailored to your individual needs.

My background is in clinical nutrition, with 5 years of experience managing complex nutritional needs in oncology settings. At OzNourish, my current focus is preventive nutrition — weight management, healthy eating habits, energy optimisation, and long-term disease prevention.

For clients in Australia with active medical conditions requiring therapeutic diets, I am happy to work collaboratively alongside your GP or refer you to an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.

For international clients — including those in India, the Middle East, and beyond — I am able to provide therapeutic nutrition support and disease management as part of my services.

No, my services are not covered by Medicare in Australia.
