1. Overview

At OzNourish, we value your time and ours. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms so there are no surprises. By booking a service with OzNourish, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Appointment Cancellations by Client

48 Hours or More Before Appointment:

  • Full refund of consultation fee
  • No cancellation fee applied
  • Rescheduling is available at no additional cost

Less Than 48 Hours Before Appointment:

  • 50% of the consultation fee will be charged
  • 50% refund will be processed to original payment method
  • Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability

No-Show (Failure to Attend Without Notice):

  • 100% of the consultation fee will be forfeited
  • No refund will be issued
  • A new booking and payment will be required for future appointments

3. Cancellations by OzNourish

If OzNourish cancels or needs to reschedule your appointment:

  • You will be offered an alternative appointment time at no extra cost
  • If the alternative does not suit, a full refund will be processed
  • We will notify you as early as possible

4. Refund Policy by Service Type

Initial and Follow-up Consultations:

  • Refundable if cancelled with 48+ hours notice
  • Non-refundable once the consultation has taken place
  • Partial refund (50%) for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice

Consultation Packages:

  • Full refund if cancelled before any sessions are used, within 14 days of purchase
  • Pro-rata refund for unused sessions if cancelled after 14 days of purchase
  • Once 50% or more of sessions are used, no refund is available on remaining sessions
  • Packages expire 6 months from date of purchase; no refund for expired unused sessions

Custom Meal Plans:

  • Non-refundable once the meal plan has been delivered to you
  • If you cancel 48 hours before delivery, a full refund will be provided
  • Revisions are offered as per the terms agreed at time of purchase

5. Results Disclaimer & No Guarantee Policy

Nutrition advice and dietary recommendations provided by OzNourish are based on evidence-based practice and tailored to each individual client. However, health and wellness outcomes vary from person to person and depend on a range of factors outside of OzNourish's control, including but not limited to client adherence to the recommended plan, lifestyle factors, underlying medical conditions, hormonal factors, and individual metabolism.

OzNourish does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to weight loss, disease management, or any other measurable health outcome. By engaging our services and making payment, the client acknowledges that results are not guaranteed and that dissatisfaction with personal outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of results not being achieved, provided that the consultation and service were delivered as agreed.

6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Please include your full name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation or refund request. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

7. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late will not extend your appointment time
  • Appointments will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival
  • Full fee applies for late arrivals
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion and the late cancellation fee may apply

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered as agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.
